Ingredients:
• 125 ml (½ cup) Maggi Chilli Garlic Sauce
• 25 ml Maggi Lazenby Worcestershire Sauce (Garlic and Ginger)
• 100 ml mayonnaise
• 15 ml (1 tablespoon) turmeric
• 15 ml (1 tablespoon) curry powder
• 60 ml (¼ cup) oil
• 22 lamb sosaties (cubed leg of lamb, pickling onions and soft dried apricots threaded on skewers)
• Salt and pepper
Method:
- Mix the ingredients (except the sosaties, salt and pepper) and pour the marinade over the sosaties.
- Marinate overnight or for at least 2 hours.
- Remove the sosaties from the marinade, season them with salt and pepper and braai slowly until the meat is done but not dry.
- Baste frequently with the marinade and turn often. Serve with griddle cakes.
